To access certain features you must create an account. You agree to:

• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You may use Claudexra only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to access the platform
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or access controls
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• Republish, resell, or redistribute Claudexra data or reports commercially without written permission
• Use the service to harass, defame, or harm any individual or business
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own personal or internal business purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works.

"Fiverr" and related marks are trademarks of Fiverr International Ltd. All other third-party trademarks mentioned on this platform are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on Claudexra does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

The market data and insights provided by Claudexra are based on publicly available information and proprietary analysis. We make no warranties, express or implied, as to:

• The completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any data
• Results or outcomes from acting on insights provided
• The fitness of any information for a particular purpose

Use all data for informational purposes only. Claudexra is not a financial or business advisory service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Claudexra and IOTA Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
