Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines what you may and may not do when using Claudexra. It exists to protect the integrity of the platform, the experience of other users, and the reliability of our data. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

You may use Claudexra to:

• Research and benchmark niches in online freelance marketplaces for your own professional use
• Compare gig strategies and positioning across categories
• Generate optimized gig content for your own freelance profile
• Share individual reports or insights for non-commercial, attribution-based use

You must not:

• Use bots, crawlers, scrapers, or any automated tools to access, extract, or collect data from Claudexra
• Attempt to circumvent or bypass rate limits, CAPTCHAs, or access controls
• Make excessive API or page requests that degrade performance for other users

• Resell, license, sublicense, or commercially distribute Claudexra data or reports without written permission
• Build competing products or services using data sourced from Claudexra
• Frame or mirror Claudexra in another website without consent

• Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple people to use a single account
• Create multiple free accounts to circumvent usage limits
• Impersonate another user or misrepresent your identity

• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without written authorization
• Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or any malicious or harmful code
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the platform or its servers

We reserve the right to take the following actions in response to AUP violations, at our sole discretion:

• Issue a warning and request corrective action
• Temporarily suspend your account and access
• Permanently terminate your account without notice or refund
• Block your IP address or device
• Report illegal activity to relevant law enforcement authorities

If you believe someone is using Claudexra in violation of this policy, please report it to hello@claudexra.com. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

We may update this AUP as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected in an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
